Description

Primesol XS - a water–mix metalworking fluid designed for high performance
machining.
Primesol XS is one of the new generation of cost effective bio-stable water-mix metalworking
fluids. It has been specially designed to incorporate the latest advances in additive technology
and thereby comply not only with current legislation, but also that pending.
Primesol XS has been developed to provide moderate levels boundary lubrication whilst being
free of chlorinated extreme pressure compounds. Primesol XS forms a micro-emulsion when
diluted with water.
Its unique formulation also makes it suitable for grinding operations in which it will keep
machining areas clean and free from the sticky deposits normally associated with synthetic
grinding fluids. In addition to its machining characteristics, Primesol XS offers the following
